電纜溝蓋板材質有哪些
一、電纜溝蓋板的材質很多:鋼纖維混凝土、復合樹脂、再生樹脂、聚合基復合物等。
1.鋼纖維混凝土:
鋼纖維的比較笨重,施工或者檢修很不方便,但是價格最為便宜。
2.再生樹脂和聚合基復合物:
耐溫性能差,冬天發脆,夏天易膨脹,適用效果較差,使用年限也短,價格比鋼纖維混凝土的高。
3.復合樹脂材料:
也就是通常所指BMC的:主要使用不飽和樹脂、玻璃纖維短切、長絲、加上一些填充物,配以鋼筋骨架,產品性能穩定,耐溫性能強、耐酸堿,抗壓、抗彎、抗沖擊,阻燃,價格相對來說比鋼纖維混凝土和再生樹脂、聚合基復合物的高,但是從使用年限、從產品性能等性價比高。
二、根據不同材質分為:普通水泥電纜溝蓋板、復合電纜溝蓋板、玻璃鋼電纜溝蓋板

工藝流程說明及主要質量控制要點:
施工準備(1)材料準備:砂、石應有復試報告,水泥應有出廠合格證及復試報告;鋼筋應進行外觀及資料(質量證明書)檢查,并經送樣復試合格;角鋼應有合格證,進場應進行外觀檢查,無變形翹曲現象,規格、型號、壁厚應達到設計要求。電焊條應有合格證,電焊工應有上崗證。
(2)預制場地的準備:預制場地應設置在變電站區不影響施工部位,根據預制數量及使用時間確定場地大小。場地表面應壓光,壓光后表面平整、光滑、堅實(電纜溝蓋板制作場地
(3)技術準備:1)圖紙會檢:嚴格按照國家電網公司《電力建設工程施工技術管理導則》(以下簡稱導則)的要求做好圖紙會檢工作。2)技術交底:應按照導則規定每個分項工程必須分級進行施工技術交底。技術交底內容要充實,具有針對性和指導性,全體參加施工的人員都要參加交底并簽名,形成書面交底記錄。
制作角鐵邊框根據邊框放樣尺寸,由專人進行角鐵畫線切割,角鐵兩頭切割45度,角鐵邊框進行45度拼角焊接。角鐵邊框焊接時不可有過燒、咬邊、夾渣等現象。焊接時為保證角鐵邊框尺寸一致、不變形,邊框底部可設置平整鋼板一塊,在鋼板上彈線,四周用角鋼焊出角鐵邊框模型,焊接時角鐵放入模型內焊接加工。為保證邊框內混凝土與鍍鋅邊框粘接牢固,可在邊框內側焊接若干螺紋鋼筋。邊框焊接后送入鍍鋅廠進行加熱鍍鋅處理,鍍鋅后邊框容易變形,澆筑前應進行矯正,使邊框對角線、平整度、邊框尺寸符合要求。
鋼筋制作安裝
根據圖紙要求進行鋼筋的制作,I級鋼應做彎鉤,鋼筋節點應全部用鉛絲綁扎,網片鋼筋與角鋼邊框留出的鋼筋也應進行綁扎
混凝土澆筑:角鋼邊框水平放在預制場地上,在邊框底部鋪3mm厚橡膠皮,以保證成型后的蓋板底部不漏漿,且底面平整、光滑、底部混凝土不高出角鋼邊框。
為保證混凝土蓋板面層色澤一致,混凝土原材料盡量一次性進場,并分開堆放,混凝土原材料計量由專人負責,攪拌均勻。
角鋼模板內鋪一層混凝土,使用平板振動器(小型平板)振搗密實,鋼筋網片放入模板,再加入混凝土鋪滿角鋼蓋板,并再次使用平板振動器振搗密實,直至表面泛出原漿。在混凝土終凝前進行不少于3遍壓光,壓光后表面無抹痕,嚴禁有凹坑、砂眼等現象。澆筑完成后,清除邊框四周混凝土及砂漿。
養護:
常溫下,混凝土蓋板澆筑完成12h后,表面覆蓋薄膜,澆水養護不少于7d。
蓋板安裝:運輸時應考慮蓋板受力方向,蓋板反向受力,容易造成蓋板斷裂。將蓋板擱置在電纜溝上,電纜溝兩頭采用經緯儀每20米 左右 定點。拉線調整蓋板順直及平整度。蓋板擱置點底部擱置3mm厚橡膠皮墊,用以調整蓋板的穩定性及表面平整度。
質量驗收:
按照《電力建設施工質量驗收及評定規程第1部分:土建工程》DL/T5210.1-2005第10.4有關條款進行質量檢查和評定,主要質量標準有:
◆溝道蓋板鋼邊框:長度偏差3mm;寬度偏差3mm;對角線差≤3mm。
◆溝道蓋板:長度偏差5mm;寬度偏差5mm;厚度偏差3mm;對角線偏差≤5mm;表面平整度偏差≤5mm。
